Application:

Most of the lead batteries terminate their “lives” prematurely due to so-called sulfation. Sulfation occurs when sulfuric acid or electrolyte breaks down. This causes lead sulfur crystals to coat the lead plates inside the acid battery. This interferes with the battery’s ability to convert chemical energy to electricity.

Furthermore, it weakens the electrolyte solution and lessens the battery’s ability to accept a charge. Sufficiently advanced sulfation will render a battery useless.

The 12V & 24V Battery Refreshers take energy from the battery and return it as a surge. As a result, the crystals are excited in its natural frequency for oscillating. They thus decompose back to their amorphous structure.

These molecules are integrated back into the charging process. Therefore, they return the battery capacity to nominal values. Charging voltage, cold test power and capacity increase again.

Features of the Battery Refreshers:

Battery Refreshers revive pure lead batteries. They help preserve new batteries against aging prematurely. The Refreshers may only be used with pure lead batteries. (Wet, gel, fleece). Batteries with precious metal alloys are not suitable. It is best to connect the Refresher to batteries up to 300 Ah.

They will work on larger battery banks. However, the process will take longer. Defective batteries such as those with a cell plug may not be used.
